276 IQ, Zero Chill: The 'Son of XRP' Strikes Again with More Moonmath

YoungHoon Kim, the South Korean self-proclaimed smartest person on Earth with a claimed IQ of 276, just dropped five fresh crypto predictions on X—and wouldn't you know it, XRP is once again the star of the show. The man really said "let me cook" and somehow managed to cook up five different servings of hopium simultaneously. We're talking culinary levels of delusion here, folks.

Kim, who's built a sizable following by flexing both his alleged brainpower and his bullish XRP takes, declared himself the "Son of XRP" in a rapid-fire series of posts. "Born to send XRP to $100. No one can stop me," he announced to the cryptoverse. He also dropped the bombshell that "crypto is about to explode." Someone tell this man we already had one explosion this cycle—actually, several, if you count the rug pulls.

These posts are just the latest chapter in Kim's increasingly aggressive XRP advocacy. He's previously predicted XRP could hit $100 within five years and has repeatedly argued that the Ripple token is superior to Bitcoin. For reference, XRP is currently trading at $1.32, down 1.67% in the last 24 hours. A move to $100 would represent a tidy 7,475% increase from current levels. That's not a pump, that's basically a rocket ship built by SpaceX and funded by pure conviction.

But Kim didn't stop at XRP. He also declared altseason has arrived "100%," predicted meme coins would pump first, and dropped the hot take that BTC is "basically a meme coin." Ah yes, the 1.2 trillion dollar meme coin. The one governments hold as strategic reserves. Such meme. Very coin.

Now, here's where things get interesting. Kim's predictions tend to draw extra attention thanks to that handy IQ 276 claim he uses to brand himself as humanity's brightest mind. But the track record? Let's just say it's not winning any awards. Actually, it's not even getting participation trophies.

Back on January 6, Kim forecasted Bitcoin would hit $100,000 within 48 hours—specifically by January 8. Instead, BTC dropped from $93,747 to close at $91,099. He also predicted XRP would reach a new all-time high by late 2025. It didn't happen. And he projected BTC would hit $300,000 in early 2026, a level the leading crypto hasn't even remotely approached. Three for three on the crystal ball front. Someone get this man a Magic 8 Ball before he bankrupts the entire XRP army.

The IQ claim itself has faced some pushback too. A VICE investigation from July 2025 found that high-IQ experts couldn't reproduce his claimed score from the test data
