LINK Finally Stirs From Its Nap, Eyes $9 With Bullish Divergence Cheering

By our Markets Desk2 min read

Chainlink ($LINK) finally decided to wake up from its beauty sleep on March 30, popping over 3% on the daily while the broader crypto market caught a bid—because apparently, even oracles need Bitcoin to hold their hand before making a move. The price spiked from $8.45 to $8.69, dragging a $6.22 billion market cap along for the ride, per CoinMarketCap. Trading volume jumped 50% to $357 million—still not enough to wake up the degens from their January coma, but hey, progress.

The oracle token is now poking at a key support zone after a prolonged downturn that made holders question their life choices. On the 4-hour chart, LINK has been grinding lower in a bearish pattern like a sad blender, but is now interacting with a horizontal support cluster between $8.80 and $9.00. Selling pressure appears to be fading as declining volume meets price—classic recipe for a potential reversal, assuming the market doesn't pull another rug pull in the meantime.

LINK is currently hovering around $8.767, with immediate resistance at $9.07to$9.25. A clean breakout above that would signal early confirmation of a trend shift—basically the chart's way of saying "maybe I won't dump on you today." The chart's showing a Break of Structure (BOS) and Change of Character (CHOH) on recent swings—both suggesting the downtrend might be running out of gas or at least taking a bathroom break.

The Relative Strength Index (RSI) is sitting in oversold territory with early bullish divergence forming. When RSI does that while price holds key support, reversals tend to follow—nature's way of telling us that even in crypto, what goes down sometimes comes back up, eventually, possibly, probably.

Meanwhile, Chainlink Labs and Anchorage Digital have thrown their weight behind the Blockchain Leadership Fund (BLF), a new bipartisan PAC launched March 30. The groups say the industry needs to get proactive on rulemaking instead of reacting later like always. A Chainlink rep noted the legislative path
