OneKey Founder and X Troll Get Court-Ordered to Shut Up About Resupply Exploit

A Singapore court has told OneKey founder Wang Lei and an X user to cut the nonsense—or else. In a March 24 order from Singapore's Protection from Harassment Court, the two are now prohibited from posting statements alleging fraud or spreading false information about a pseudonymous Curve contributor known as "Haowi Wong" on X. They also need to pay up 2,500 Singapore dollars (about $1,900) in compensation and costs by April 7. That's roughly the price of a nice wallet, minus the one you definitely shouldn't keep your life savings in.

The whole mess traces back to the June 2025 exploit of stablecoin protocol Resupply, which drained roughly $9.6 million from the protocol through a price manipulation vulnerability in the wstUSR market. Some in DeFi circles linked the exploit to Curve-related infrastructure due to cvcrvUSD and vault integrations—but Curve founder Michael Egorov has insisted no Curve personnel were involved. For those keeping score at home, that's "nobody from Curve" in the "allegedly definitely not" column.

Apparently, that didn't stop Wang Lei and the user behind the X account "web3feng" from going after Haowi Wong with accusations and "continuous attacks" following the exploit. Because nothing screams "due diligence" like a founder and some rando piling onto a pseudonymous developer in the replies. Very normal behavior, zero vibes destroyed.

Curve Finance put it bluntly: disputes in crypto can cross "the line between legitimate and well-founded criticism and outright falsehoods and defamation." Which, honestly, is the most diplomatic way anyone's ever said "bro, just stop posting."

Wang Lei and "web3feng" haven't responded to requests for comment. Perhaps they're too busy reading their new court-ordered reading material. Or maybe they're just thinking really hard about whether that $1,900 fine was worth the Twitter activity.
