XRP Cracks $1.38 But $1.40 Remains the Real Boss Battle

By our Markets Desk2 min read

XRP decided to flex recently, hopping from $1.32 all the way up to $1.38 while the volume boys were putting in work and the whales were apparently buying the dip with their pocket change. That pesky resistance zone hanging out between $1.325 and $1.33? Absolutely demolished. Even better, this wasn't just another rug-pull-in-waiting—actual staying power, imagine that.

But hold up before we fire up the merch press and start slapping "XRP is back" on everything from t-shirts to tote bags, because the chart watchers are tapping the brakes hard. XRP is still doing laps inside the same old downtrend channel it's been stuck in, meaning this little joyride hasn't exactly pulled off a structural 180 just yet.

The number everybody's staring at like it's their ex's new partner? That delicious $1.40-$1.42 range. Per the analysis, if XRP can actually punch through that ceiling and make it stick, we'd be staring at a legitimate trend reversal scenario. Short-term degens are definitely getting frisky again, but the technicals are basically screaming at everyone to keep their helmets strapped on tight.

The next few days? Absolute make-or-break territory. XRP's performance around that resistance zone will tell us whether we're looking at a real breakout or just another head fake designed to separate fools from their satoshis.

*Not financial advice, obviously. We learned nothing from 2017 and honestly might not this time either.
