Grayscale's 2026 Shopping List: 30 Altcoins Get the 'Maybe' Treatment

Grayscale just dropped its Q2 2026 "assets under evaluation" list, and folks, they've been busy bees. Thirty altcoins are now sitting pretty on the digital asset management giant's watchlist, potentially on their way to future investment products—if the stars align, if the SEC doesn't have a meltdown, if Bitcoin doesn't eat the entire liquidity pool first.

The list includes: CC, CELO, MNT, MegaETH, MON, TON, TRX, ENA, HYPE, JUP, KMNO, SYRUP, MORPHO, PENDLE, ROBO, FLOCK, GRASS, KAITO, KITE, Nous Research, Poseidon, VVV, VIRTUAL, WLD, 2Z, GEOD, HNT, JTO, ZRO, and W. That's a lot of tickers to YOLO into your portfolio all at once, chief.

Grayscale compiled this list using its "Crypto Sectors" classification framework, aiming to present the digital asset ecosystem to investors in a more systematic way. The firm noted that inclusion in actual investment products isn't guaranteed—these are just the coins that caught their research team's eye. Translation: "We think these are neat, but we're not actually buying them yet. Maybe. Eventually. When the lawyers say so."

One of the world's largest digital asset-focused investment platforms, Grayscale plans to update this list approximately 15 days after each quarter. So if your favorite token isn't on here yet, don't panic. There's always next quarter. Your bag will either moon or go to zero regardless of whether Gary Gensler (or his successor, or their successor) gives these degens the thumbs up.
