CFG Prints 32% While RWA TVL Goes Parabolic to $1.7B—Can Bulls Grind to $0.35?
Centrifuge [CFG] has been absolutely crushing it this week. The RWA darling just logged its third consecutive double-digit day, popping 32% in the past 24 hours and cementing itself among the top performers in the top 300 cryptos by market cap. So, can the bulls keep this energy flowing and push CFG to new heights?
On the 4-hour chart, CFG busted out of an ascending triangle consolidation, spiking to $0.26. But sellers weren't having it—the alt immediately gave back gains and currently sits around $0.2267. Classic healthy correction after a breakout, if you ask the TA crowd. This pullback could dip toward the 0.5 Fibonacci Retracement level, with optimal reversal zones hanging out between the 0.618 and 0.786 Fib levels. Flip above $0.26 and $0.35 comes into frame, with basically zero resistance standing in the way on the higher timeframes.
The Cumulative Volume Delta (CVD) suggests price might have hit its daily high. It dropped into the red zone with over 514K CFG sold off after a peak net buying volume of 4.86 million tokens. Not ideal short-term, but the Trend Strength Index (TSI) shows the directional bias is still very much alive. TSI reading of 0.83 means bull trend strength is sitting pretty in the 80th percentile.
On the network activity front, Centrifuge hit a new monthly peak for asset senders at 24 and a fresh high for holders at 23. Growth in RWA issuance is there, though the pace remains leisurely. RWA capital deployed on Centrifuge this month surged 45.3%, climbing to $1.7 billion from $1.17 billion. CFG's monthly token trading volume also exploded 154%, printing at $1 billion.
That capital deployment rocket strapped Centrifuge to position 5 in Total Value Locked (TVL) among RWA issuers. Sitting pretty above CFG in the tokenization race: BitGo, Securitize, On
