Capital B Buys the Dip Dip Dip: 37 BTC Added While Everyone Else Panics

Bitcoin might be nursing a brutal 50% hangover from its all-time high, currently sprawled on the floor at $71,087.56. But apparently, that's not stopping corporate treasuries from going full zen mode. Public companies are now collectively HODLing 1.178 million BTC—worth a cool $83.08 billion—which marks a 1.3% bump over the past month. Not bad for a "bear market," right? Someone should probably tell these guys that buying the dip only works until it becomes the dip itself.

Capital B is the latest to join the "we're definitely not timing this" club, casually scooping up 37 BTC for €2.3 million on April 13th. The firm now boasts a treasury of 2,925 BTC, backed by a BTC Yield of 1.25%, a BTC Gain of 35.3 BTC, and a BTC € Gain of €2.2 million. Their CFO is probably staring at charts in a dimly lit office, whispering to himself, "This is fine. Everything is fine."

Sounds suspiciously like Strategy's playbook, doesn't it? The slow-and-steady approach rather than going full degen on aggressive purchases. That BTC Yield metric—popularized by none other than Strategy—essentially shows how much extra Bitcoin each share represents. It's the corporate equivalent of flexing your 401k at dinner parties, except these guys actually understand yield.

To fuel this accumulation, Capital B executed some financial wizardry: converting 17,897,600 OCA B-01 tokens held by Blockstream Capital Partners into 32,900,000 ordinary shares, plus another 2,020,372 OCA B-01 from UTXO Management into 3,713,919 ordinary shares. Translation: equity dilution to buy the dip. Classic. Nothing says "we believe in Bitcoin" like printing shares and immediately converting them into the orange coin.

In 2026 alone, Capital B has made six purchases totaling 102 BTC. Meanwhile, its stock traded at €0.63 after a 1.26% dip in the last session. That drop is practically a rounding error compared to the 28%+ plunge over six months. At this point, the stock chart looks like a ski slope designed
