Rumble signs $270M cloud deal with Together AI for NVIDIA Blackwell GPUs

By our Markets Desk2 min read

Rumble just locked in the largest customer deal in its history. The company signed a $270 million multi-year cloud agreement with Together AI for dedicated GPU capacity powered by NVIDIA HGX Blackwell B300 systems. Rumble's stock climbed 7% in premarket trading on the news.

What the deal actually involves: Together AI, a company focused on building and deploying open-source AI models, will receive dedicated access to Rumble's GPU cloud infrastructure. The hardware at the center of the arrangement is NVIDIA's HGX Blackwell B300 systems — not exactly commodity gear. The deal's structure includes provisions for potential increases and extensions based on market performance. In other words, $270 million could end up being the floor rather than the ceiling, assuming AI compute demand keeps doing what it's been doing.

The bigger picture: Northern Data and Tether

The company's pending acquisition of Northern Data AG, expected to close by mid-June 2026, would add roughly 22,400 NVIDIA GPUs to Rumble's asset base. The price tag sits at approximately $767 million, paid in stock — so Rumble is essentially swapping its own shares for someone else's GPUs. If the acquisition finalizes as planned, Rumble's post-acquisition baseline revenue target lands at around $425 million.

The financial plumbing behind Rumble's transformation runs through Tether, the issuer of the USDT stablecoin. Tether has financial ties to both Rumble and Northern Data, which places this story squarely at the intersection of crypto financing and traditional cloud infrastructure — a corner of the market that keeps picking up new tenants by the quarter.
